PMH-C certified clinician with advanced Gottman Method training. Lauren supports clients through emotional transitions, anxiety, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and postpartum adjustment.
Her work is grounded in attachment theory, CBT, ACT, mind-body regulation, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based relationship strategies.
